Straub Arquitectos S.L. is an architecture and engineering firm whose activity is focused on offering an integral service to the client, from the search of a suitable site, realization of architecture and / or engineering projects, urban licenses processing, reports, bulletins, opening licenses. .., etc.

The study is directed by its founding architect, Johannes Straub, who has over 20 years of professional experience, 15 of them on the Costa del Sol. He has an experienced team and an important network of collaborators including technical architects, draughtsmen , surveyors, calculators, interior designers and other professionals who come together to achieve the maximum satisfaction of our customers.

Our working method is based on the in-depth study of the client’s needs. We raise problems and propose different solutions. Throughout the process we are guided by the thread of the beginning. For us, what is as important as the how, that is why we supervise all the projects from their initial phase to their implementation. We take into account each and every one of the details that make the project a reality.

And of course, we approach each job individually and individually, contributing and studying various possibilities to find the one that best suits the needs of the client.

We offer our non-Spanish-speaking clients the possibility of being advised in their own language -among them English, German and French- during the whole construction process so that they can actively get involved in their project and obtain the highest degree of satisfaction possible.
